Your subsidy amount is as follows: 
– $150.00 after April 1 2026
– $300.00 for Maintenance, Welding & Passivation Depts

Any remainder amount will need to be paid by the employee.
A customer service rep will contact you to collect payment.  
Payroll deduct is also available, $25 per paycheck until the balance is paid.
